background audio keeps disconnecting after working for 8 months
Microphone is currently not functioning but camera works fine. Have two cameras, both on same firmware. One works, the other doesn’t. Have tried resetting and rebooting it, along with toggling sound settings.

Hi there - we have the Nanit Pro with the floor stand. Our 1 year old was tugging at the floorstand through her crib and it broke at the base. Are there any ways we can get a replacement floor stand please?
If we have babies who do not keep regular bed or wake times. How do we choose a ‘put to bed’ and an ‘out of bed’ time that spans just one regular hour slot? We never receive insights as the chosen sleep times rarely match up exactly with when my baby is put or taken out of bed.
The app has stopped tracking wake up times and ‘fell asleep’ times despite paying for the Memories Plan. I am so disappointed in Nanit, it has gotten so much worse since we started using it in 2023… I have 2 month old twins and will be switching to a different monitor due to constant issues with the Nanit app.
