Nanit Pro not powering on, for floor stand only

I just received my Nanit Pro and floor stand and it worked when I initially plugged it in. I moved it into the nursery and it will not turn on. I've tried 3 outlets in the room that are working for other devices so I know that is not the issue. I did plug the Nanit Pro into a charging
