Activating Insights Milestones with an Active Subscription
I have been an active user of my nanit camera and with my current subscription looking to end, I decided to purchase a Insights Milestones plan from your online shop instead of via the app since the shop offered a Black Friday discount while the app did not.
I received an email and was told to "activate" my new subscription via the "my.nanit.com" portal. There does not exist any available area to enter this activation code within the entirety of the web portal. My guess is that this is a massively over looked software error, but now I'm stuck wondering how do I either:
