I have had two red alerts for my baby in the middle of the night that I believe to be false. When I go in to her she is sleeping and I pick her up and she is breathing fine. An option to not sound red alerts on camera? Maybe if we can just do the parents or guardians phone, will help with false alerts waking a sleeping baby. Also an option for parents/guardians to be able to sound red alerts on the camera after receiving red alert.

Problem with "Play sound when monitoring ends" setting
Last night I toggled the "Play sound when monitoring ends" setting to OFF for the Nanit camera, so as not to have the very loud chime wake our baby. I received a red alert but my husband didn’t.
We just had our first red alert. Luckily, our baby is fine but when I received the alarm, I assumed my husband would as well since we share the account. He works nights as a nurse so if something happens I would like him to be aware. However, he didn’t get any sort of notification or alarm. Why is that?
