It just took 3 minutes to turn the light off and put the white noise on, by which time by baby was agitated. It’s little things like this that make a big difference. THis is my second nanit camera. My first is still going strong, however, this one doesn't seem to be working. I have tried disconnecting from power, and wifi and even a reset and my sound no longer works, and neither does the talking part. Please help?
my background audio will just stopping working randomly. How can this be fixed? This is my first week using the camera and after 2 nights this is happening and I can’t hear my baby in the night which is an issue.
since plugged in my Nanit pro the temperature and humidity has never shown. Tried disconnecting it plenty of times and still no result. Pls help
about a week ago I stopped being able to hear the audio from my nanit camera. Updated the app, did all the normal trouble shooting suggestions and nothing is working. Why does everyone love this camera so much.
are there plans to display the temp and humidity in the split screen view? It kind of defeats the purpose of split screen if I need to click into each camera to check the temperature and humidity
The sensitivity for the motion is incredibly sensitive and very annoying to receive several per hour just because of light coming in the window. I report every single one but is nanit doing anything to fix this?
I set up my Nanit pro today with a mile stone subscription. When I first explored the app in the live feed, the nature sound icon was there. Once I activated my milestone subscription, it disappeared. I’ve double checked the nature sound setting is toggled on and it’s still not there.
we move the camera into our bedroom on a flex stand occasionally. And on the iPad you can’t rotate the camera. So it’s completely upside down. You can on the iPhone in the 3 dot menu. But not iPad. Why is this not a feature for the iPad?
