Why does my Nanit only say, “Good morning/evening, mom”? I’ve tried unplugging the camera to reset and that does not bring it back.
Has anyone found a solution to this? I see many have had this issue and support ticket is created but no solutions?

I unplugged nanit pro camera to plug into travel stand and now it will not power back on. Wi-Fi network is working, camera lights are not or turning on. I’ve done all the reset as advised for troubleshooting and tried plugging into usb-c. Please can you help with next steps ?
I have no sound coming from my app. I updated the app yesterday and it is now not working. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. It did not work.
