our Nanit broke while we were on vacation. As I was posting it, it fell off its stand onto tiled floor. It looks fine from outside, but I can hear something bouncing around inside. Is there a repair option Nanit offers?

The wifi button is stuck loose and I'm unable to press it to connect to wifi. This is super disappointing after such a short time with a very expensive monitor. I'm also now travelling for 3 days and unable to use the camera for my child.
I activated my Nanit Pro camera in August when my baby moved to a crib. The camera I have came with a free one year subscription to analytics etc. My subscription has just ended, over 6 months early. Why would this happen?
