how come my flex stand won’t show a summary of when he was up or down etc.
I have 3 nanit cameras. The 2 that show up on the split screen are not the two i want to see at the same time. How do I change which two caneras show up in the split screen mode?

received my Nanit pro this week, was able to connect it to the internet and then it continually disconnected. After a few reconnects, now it won’t even power out. What an utter and complete piece of garbage of a product. How can I get this useless junk to just turn on?
Hi there, The part of the wall mounted Nanit stand that you use to adjust the head of the Nanit from looking up and down is now extremely loose that the camera will not hold at a 45 degree angle. It just flops down and in turn only shows me a wall when wall mounted.
Does anyone know why when viewing the nanit on my iPad only 2/3 of the screen goes to nighttime mode and the other 1/3 still remains full brightness
hello, the camera microphone is very sensitive i can hear myself talking from the next room ok my iphone while viewing. I cant find a setting to lower the sensitivity of the microphone
