Nanit wifi button stuck

Hi. The wifi button on my nanit is stuck and the camera is not working anymore. There are several reports in the nanit community about this issue and looks like I'm facing the same problem. This seems like a widespread issue and a manufacturing defect with nanit. I reached out to nanit support and I got a very curt response
