Background audio turns off and video doesn't work

I have 6.44.592 and an updated iPhone. I also updated the app, and rebooted as well.

If I try to use background audio, it will work for a few seconds then stop (I can't hear the white noise anymore) I tried to do the video where it is in the corner so i can back out of the app, and it won't work either, it mutes completely and then after a few seconds it turns black
