Hi Nanit support team, for some reason my baby's 8 month milestone photo is not appearing. She turned 8 months last week, I tried forcing shutting down, also all devices in the house, everything! Can someone please resolve this for me. Really bugs me as I add a lovely photo each month

It seems that once I updated my Nanit app the sound hs stopped working. I’ve power cycled my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted internet.
After doing the camera update a couple of days ago my camera has now taken a picture without my permission and i most certainly didn't take this picture. Can someone please look into this? Thanks
My nanit took 2 photos early this morning without me asking it to. I know 100% I didn’t ask it to because I am in the photos, my phone is also visible and I am clearly not touching it. How did this happen?
