Sound not working overnight, but working during day??

My daughter just started sleeping in her own room this week, and coincidentally the sound coming from the nanit is not working at night!! It’s very upsetting for obvious reasons, but what’s odd is it works fine during the day for her naps. Is it something with night mode? I also have background audio on? Please help! This is very
