Nanit is not recording events despite alerting that there is one. Says “oops, we were unable to generate a clip for this event.” Another thread on here said to downgrade the firmware to 6.18 but that is not an option to our camera which is at firmware 23.1.19 again with no option to downgrade. Video Playback sped up!
HELP!!! All of my video playback plays at a fast forward speed with no audio. I can’t find any setting that may be causing this, nor can I find anything online to explain how I would fix this.

Why is my saved insight memory at a faster speed and with no sound?

Video history timeline delay/incorrect events
so for the past week or so our camera has been about 15 minutes behind in the video history. It’s also tagging events such as “put to bed” or “fell asleep” when my child isn’t in their crib, we haven’t even been in the vicinity of the crib for it to grab our motion. Video History tells me “No video available”
4/09/2023 for some reason I will get a detection notification and sound but when I click on it it tells me to wait a few minutes then tells me “no video available and I’ve been trying to see what had woken my son up and I can’t view it and I tried everything.
