"oops we were unable to generate a clip..."

When I went to look at the video history for the Nanit in my son's nursery, I noticed error codes on clips and video history. I can view him live, but nothing else is working. I already restarted the app, my phone, checked to make sure the app is up to date, checked the Internet connection, and restarted the Nanit
