Can’t downgrade firmware

Nanit is not recording events despite alerting that there is one. Says “oops, we were unable to generate a clip for this event.” Another thread on here said to downgrade the firmware to 6.18 but that is not an option to our camera which is at firmware 23.1.19 again with no option to downgrade. I’m writing for my other camera
