Recent Red Alerts

Hi everyone - wondering if someone can help!

We’ve used Nanit and the breathing band system twice now, with our first for a whole year in 2023/2024 and now with our second, currently 10 months old.

With our first, we never had a red alert but now with our second, there’s been about 4 in the last 2 months. Each time I’ve gone into little one’s room in a panic but he appears to be fine, I then report the false alert but then only seem to get a generic email response from Nanit?
