Web browser experience constantly logs you out

When I log into the web browser page (https://my.nanit.com/cameras-and-plans) to watch the kiddo I continually get logged out of my account within a few minutes, usually in less than 10. I don't have this same issue on the iOS app.

Every time I am kicked out I have to re-authenticate, meaning re-enter the password and two-factor authentication code. This constant authentication dance makes the desktop experience effectively useless, so I'm stuck propping my phone up against a water bottle on my desk rather than using my second monitor to watch the kiddo, which doesn't work great when you're wearing
