Refusing to sleep in Nanit Swaddle. Help!
My 5 lb 7 oz week old refuses to sleep in the Nanit swaddle. Every time we put it on her she wiggles and cries. As soon as we put her in the Halo sleep sack she falls right asleep but then can’t be monitored. What should we do?

Nanit swaddle with arms out
My 3 month old loves the Nanit swaddle but is always pulling her arms out the top. She hates every sleep sack we have tried. She likes to have the swaddle half zipped up to her waist and her arm free. Is this okay?

Nanit sleep sack on newborn?
Anyone have experience using the sleep sack on babies younger than 3 months. My new born is about 8lb but loves having his arms free. He currently sleeps best in a sleeper swaddle that is similar in shape to the sleep sack just with swaddle bands on the side. It's a bit thick so I'm not sure how well the standard band…

Transitioning to sleep sack
Hello, i am wanting to transition to a sleep sack (different brand) and use the breathing band on top. I had a question about this because I know you're not supposed to use pattern sheets as it can interfere with the breathing tracking. Does the sleep sack AND pajamas also need to be solid or it doesn't matter? also, what…

Arms out of Nanit swaddle making it loose
We put our 5 week old in the Nanit swaddles, and they are tight with arms down when he goes to bed. He wakes up with him arms up and hands coming out the top or touching his face. It is a problem because it gets the swaddle loose and I’m scared it’s going to cover his face. Anyone have this problem or suggestions? Is it…

Transitioning with Nanit and other brands
So my baby is starting to get to the point that we need to stay working on transitioning out of the swaddle. I am looking at the transition swaddles that still provide some arm support but allow for him to roll safely when he starts to do this. My problem is he still likes his arms contained, but the Nanit swaddles are too…

Muslin swaddle - breathing band
I was wondering if it was possible to use the Nanit breathing band if my baby was swaddled in a muslin blanket with the arms up. I know it’s recommended to have the breathing band under the arms and the Love to dream swaddle was recommended, but I was wondering if it would be also safe to do it that way. Thank you!

When did you stop swaddling?
Hi all! I have a 4 month old who just learned how to roll over (and boy did he stay up all night excited about that one☺️). We had his arms out in a Halo swaddle around 3mo and then we fully removed the swaddle about two weeks ago. He went through a major regression last week, so my husband tried putting him back in the…

Arms out at one month
Has anyone had success with arms out as early as one month? We have her in a Snoo so we aren’t worried about rolling, but she has never been a fan of having arms swaddled and she fights so hard she gets her arms out of the Velcro anyway. Our pediatrician said to try arms out already.

6 month old transition from swaddle to arms out sleep sack!
Hi! Our baby has used for about the 5 months the traditional hands down to the side Velcro swaddle. About a month ago we purchased the swaddle me sack that has the arm zip off wings. We started with the hands up but still both hands zipped on. Then one night did one arm out (so we removed one wing) she woke up so many…

3 month old Swaddle/cradle cap
We would normally swaddle him with arms down so he wouldn’t scratch like crazy his head but now he can get out of it. We want to transition to arms out but his arms go up to his head to scratch and wakes him up. We put hydrocortisone and his cradle cap is better now but he seems to itch his temples and face all the time.…

Magic Merlin Suit
I have a five month old who is currently in a magic merlin suit and he knows how to roll. I was wondering how I can transition him into a sleep sack because every time I leave his arms out he ends up scratching his face and getting startled and waking himself up. I have tried everything.

When to wean from the swaddle?
I have 6 week old twins - one loves the swaddle one loves arms out but both calm down when swaddled. When do you start weening then out of the swaddle? I hear it's 1 arm at a time for a week or so then just swaddle the body?
