Transitioning Away from Contact Naps

Hi!

My little guy just turned three months old today. Up until he was around 5/6 weeks he did well napping on his own, but one day out of nowhere he decided he would only contact nap. This coincided with some tummy issues he'd been having (and CMPA) as well as colic, so I was OK with it but I'm going
