It Has been going on for awhile. Nanit just stop having the room temperature and Moisture %. I have unplugged. Re-download the app and no luck. Can anyone help? I loved having this Feature so I can adjust to my child’s room
I recently bought a Nanit pro less than two weeks ago on Amazon and when I pair it, it does not give me the free year of insight basic. It keeps telling me to buy it at $50 a year. How do I activate my free plan?
my camera will not lock into the stand that I purchased separately. It dits Into the wall mount that came with the camera but not the stand. Is my camera faulty or do I need to purchase a new travel stand?

Last night was the first time we used the sleep analysis feature of the app. It recorded our babies night time sleep between 8:28 pm - 11:31 pm as a nap. She woke up to take a bottle around 11:31 pm and was put back to bed around 12:30 am. It counted only her sleep 12:30 am onwards as night time sleep. How do I change…
Just set up my Nanit pro Camera with floor stand and it will not power on. Straight out of the box. What's the fix for this? Tried several adapters and outlets. No power whatsoever.
sleep analytic says my baby is awake when he is not. My baby has been in the crib for over 8 hours and some nights will say he slept for 6 or even 2 hours when he’s been asleep the whole time.
