The Nanit app seems to require a wifi password. How do you connect to an open wifi that does not have a password? If not now, when will this be supported?

I’ve moved the kids to their own room and now one of the cameras infrared does not work almost at all. I can hardly see one twin in the crib and the other I see perfect. I’ve updated and restarted the camera. Has this happened to anyone and were they able to fix it!
I just traveled and I was able to connect my Nanit to the Wi-Fi at our rental. When I got home last night, I plugged both of our cameras in to their wall mounts and they both connected to our home network with no problem except, my wife and I both had to turn our phones on and off in order for the image to actually load.…
