hi, I noticed our camera’s sounds feature are very quiet. I’ve unplugged, deleted app, reinstalled.. I unplugged from wall etc. it’s still very quiet. I have the volume all the way up and it’s still quiet. When I turn the volume to the half way point, it’s silent.

Hi there When I checked the app this morning I was excited to see his 10 month picture but I showed initially and now is not showing in the memory section. I had the same thing with his 6 months and despite forcing a restart and reinstalling the app it never came back. I don’t want to lose the 10 month one too - help!
