I received a free year of insights with my first nanit. It’s bad enough that we have to pay two different subscriptions once we have a second child, but why is this new one only 6 months of insights trial? I haven’t unpacked it yet and seriously considering returning as this is an absurd display of customer loyalty.
the red light stopped working on our Nanit cam. Now I cannot see at night. Using app version 3.11.25. Have Nanit bundle pro. This just started two days ago and have reset it, Reconnected Wi-Fi ,power Cycled nothing has worked.
Trying to reconnect after a power outage and the status light will not turn on. I tried to reset but no luck. I’ve disconnected from power for 24 hours and tried again, still nothing. Please advise.

I am being induced on Saturday. I want to set up my camera but don't want waste me subscription without baby being here. There is not a way to set the camera without activating the subscription?
the camera stopped recording activities such as baby’s sleep and day naps. Says the baby is away while she is sleeping. This has been happening for a few days now. We reset the camera but it didn’t fix anything.
My toddler start playing with the Flex stand and the camera fell to floor and back cover opened. I closed it back but now it doesn’t turns on. Is there anything we cam do something that can be adjusted if is loosen?

While on vacation, I accidentally dropped one of our two Nanit Plus cameras on a tile floor and it no longer works. Do you have a replacement program for current owners? It was clearly my fault but I thought I would ask before buying another camera a full price. Thanks, Collie
