hello, my video history isn’t updating. I like to go back to see the history but for example, it’s 10 am and the last video history shown is from 6 am. Usually it’s just a few minutes behind, not a few hours.
It would be helpful to have the option to rotate the camera view within the app, including in the pop up view. It would also be helpful to persist the zoom in the pop up view.
my nanit camera appears to be a purple color when im looking at it through the app. Its the same on two phones so I am assuming its the camera. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!
It would be helpful if parents could manage both the Nanit camera and the Nanit Sound and Light machine from a single app. I was surprised to find out they are managed as such separate products and expected them to pair better together.

It would be very helpful if Nanit could mute or at least filter out some of the white noise that comes through the camera app so that parents can hear baby noises more clearly. This would be a useful feature with any white noise sound machine, including the Nanit Sound machine.

Hi, There's a camera my account is added to that is not in use (owner has not control of it and no camera is paired to it, was created by mistake and duplicate), but shows up for my account and I cannot remove it myself.
