Why our nanit does not show any motion while baby in the crib but showing picking ups?

Our Nanit does not show babies activity and mivements while she is in the crib. I have changed the sensitivity to max and power cycling. It showsmovement when we pick our baby up or when we walk by, but not when she is moving in her crib. We do everything, power cycling, unplugg the camera, put the motion to high
