I find that my nanit doesn’t actively show the proper temperature. I have temperature sensors in the room since they control when heat/AC turn on. The difference in temperature is about 10 degrees sometimes which is a lot. Like right now, room is at 71 degrees but Nanit shows 81. There is no way it’s that hot in the room.
When I get an activity alert from my new Nanit Pro for motion, sound, etc, and I click on it, it takes me to a screen to view the video but it just says “Video is processing. Please try again in a couple of minutes”. Is it normal to get this error? It seems to somewhat defeat the purpose of being able to see what happens…
The night vision has stopped working again… the red lights are on and I have turned it on and off in the app and rebooted the camera. Very frustrating as this has happened before and was resolved.
