My Nanit doesn’t show any movement for the baby throughout the night but does pick up activity during naps throughout the day. In the evening, once he is put to bed there is no activity until he wakes up next morning even though I know there is motion or sound during the night.

I disconnected my camera from the floor stand so that I could use the flex stand at my parents’. We plugged it back in to the floor stand when we got back home and it will not turn on (flex stand still does work though). Why is this happening?
Hi - for the past month when I set the app to "background audio" once I am out of the app the audio skips in and out. I can hear my white noise machine and then it gets choppy. Seems to be a common issue for a lot of people. And yes I have power cycled many times. please help
