My nanit always records active sleep as my baby waking up. Her eyes are still closed and she’s just transitioning between sleep cycles. Is there a way to account for that?

Hi, I have added the camera to Google Home and it appears in Google Home but just sits on a screen showing connecting with a spinning wheel. White noise function and the microphone function are not working at all. Basically no sound will come out of the Nanit.
