Hello - I am trying to use the audio feature of the camera and it has never worked. I have tried a few times over the last several months and it always does the same thing, when I click the microphone icon it says "Connecting.." then after a few seconds it just says "connection failed. I am trying to set up our my Nanit Pro however due to residential conditions the WiFi is through ask4 Wi-Fi of which I have an account with. When using the white noise sound out of the camera the track doesn't have a seamless loop. It cuts off every 2 minutes with a gap. Surely this isn't by design? It's annoying and disruptive. Is this on every nanit, is there a software update to fix this?
Currently, the Nanit camera temp sensor reads a couple degrees higher than the room temperature. This happens because Nanit software devs didn't offset the device temp to the room temp.
