Recently every time I go to use the two-way microphone to talk to my daughter through the camera it says connection failed and to try again. We have unplugged the camera and power source and the issue continues. I have updated my app in the App Store so just very confused on why this feature no longer works.
Hello, I'm trying to activate my new camera (Nanit Pro + stand support) to prepare for my baby, when I'm using the monitor it does not let me activate without choosing any Plan, which I don't wanna use neither provide my credit card detail, however, the app don't allow me see my camera (just small blur window) without it.

Anyone else notice the loud clicking noise from the Nanit camera when it switches to night vision or detects movement? It's loud enough to startle my baby. Seems pretty counterintuitive. I already turned off all movement alerts but wondering if there's another setting I can adjust to eliminate that.

Hey, we’ve just recently purchased the Nanit from wall mount and installed it yesterday. Last night, I realised the camera feels hot to touch. When I unclipped from the wall mount, both the camera and the back of the camera that has the connections on it felt very hot. is this normal? Should I be worried? thanks
