App failure when using split screen?

Is anyone else having issues with the Nanit App glitching and kicking you out while using the split screen mode? My app and device is up to date. Any suggestions?

    Hi @Beks,

    Thanks for posting on the community. Could you provide the following information?

    • What phone device are you using?
    • What phone OS version are you running?

    And have you tried out uninstalling the Nanit app, rebooting your phone device, and reinstalling the app to see if that helps?

    @NanitJessica I’m using an iPad. The OS is 15.6

    I have no tried reinstalling the app. I will try that now.
