I've turned off my camera and unplugged bc baby hasn't arrived yet, but we're getting notifications saying there's noise coming from the crib. Not sure how that's possible, save for error in the app which makes me think all future notifications won't be reliable.
I noticed other people are having this issue too. I’m concerned over the potential fire hazard. It shouldn’t be this hot. It has also stopped working completely.
Hey, we’ve just recently purchased the Nanit from wall mount and installed it yesterday. Last night, I realised the camera feels hot to touch. When I unclipped from the wall mount, both the camera and the back of the camera that has the connections on it felt very hot. is this normal? Should I be worried? thanks
when we have out daughter in her room and want to monitor the camera and when we go to sleep our phone makes a terrible white noise sound. This has been going for a month or so. Is this something that can be fixed? I see others having the same issue.
Recently, when trying to use the 2-way microphone option on our phones that are connected to our WiFi, we are receiving an error message saying "Connection failed. Try again". Once we log off the Wifi, force close and reopen the app, it seems to be working.

I configured my sleep time settings to 8:30pm - 8:30am however my baby does not go down at 8:30pm exactly every night.
