We connected our Nanit Pro for the first time yesterday. The Audio randomly stopped working and we are unable to reboot it - we’ve tried power cycle, reset and everything. We have a newborn and it’s completely unacceptable that we already have an issue with the Nanit sound. Please contact us ASAP.

hi, this morning my app made a very high-pitched beep like an alert. not using a breathing band and my notifications don’t show anything out of the ordinary. It does seem the babies eyes were covered by the mobile hanging in the screen for that moment. Will that set off a high-pitched beep alert? Is that a feature?
