Issues with app

As of late I've been having issues with my app. I would say maybe just the last week or so. The activity center is never correct anymore. I emailed Nanit directly, but am waiting for a response. I figured I may also be able to get some help here too.

One example is that today the app says my daughter was taken out of bed at 6:49 AMbut was actually taken out at 7:08 AM. And at 9:27 AM today the only activity I could view up to was 9:07 AM, which is somehow 20 mutes behind. I dont even have the ability to scroll up on the time in the past. My
