Temperature and humidity not working
The Temperature and humidity are not working on my Nanit pro once installing the camera and insights started working. I’ve seen that this has been a problem for other customers as well. Is there a way to fix that? I have an Apple phone.

Disappearing customer service?
Has anyone had luck with Nanit customer service recently? I was getting helped by a rep who stopped responding a month ago even after multiple follow ups. No one is picking up the customer service phone line. What is going on and is this company still operating?

I have two cameras in the same room, (small baby room) the newest camera purchased this year, and the older camera purchased in 2020 have wild temperature and humidity readings. how do I change the “bedtime” on the nanit app? & Why is the temperature and humidity rarely being displayed? I read online the connection between camera & stand wasn’t good and was causing that so I reconnected it and it was good for about 4 days now it’s back to not registering.

Nanit pro w/ floor stand not showing temp/humidity
I had previously had issues with my flex stand not showing temp or humidity. Now my floor stand is not showing or recording temp or humidity. I've tried hard resetting it. I've updated the app and nothing!! I'm becoming more and more frustrated with this product. It's been nothing but problems since day one.
