I am using a Nanit Pro camera and my new ISP needs MAC address to enlist it as one of my devices which can connect to their wifi. Can I get it from Nanit app or product label?
I have the nanit pro and it just randomly started making a loud static noise. I have unplugged for 10 minutes, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, plugged the nanit back in and reset the nanit and reconnected it to the app. The noise started immediately as the camera connected.

Hello, I have a Nanit Pro which powers on with the Flexi stand, but not with the floor stand. The floor stand was gifted to me by a friend. Holding the bottom button down for 10-15 seconds does nothing, with no blue light. It's as if the floor stand isn't receiving power. Please help :)
I have an activation code for my Nanit plan, however I am unable to get past the activation because of an error.

My camera lost connection on the floor stand overnight. I tried to reset a few times and ended up having to move it to the flex stand and it’s working fine. I tried to move it back to the floor stand a couple of times but it’s still not working.
