Hi there, The part of the wall mounted Nanit stand that you use to adjust the head of the Nanit from looking up and down is now extremely loose that the camera will not hold at a 45 degree angle. It just flops down and in turn only shows me a wall when wall mounted.
Our Nanit does not show babies activity and mivements while she is in the crib. I have changed the sensitivity to max and power cycling. It showsmovement when we pick our baby up or when we walk by, but not when she is moving in her crib. We do everything, power cycling, unplugg the camera, put the motion to high sensivity…
Our Nanit has been tracking night time sleep as a nap. He usually wakes up between 4-5 to have a bottle then goes back to sleep. Put him back to sleep around 5 AM this morning and he woke up at 9. The Nanit counted it as a 4 hour nap. My “out of bed” time is set 8 am - 10 am. This is the 3 or 4th time this has happened and…

I feel like I can’t trust the app anymore and am wondering if I should now sleep with an additional monitor?? I am so afraid…
Yesterday, all my features stopped working. I can no longer see my daughter's activity, dashboard etc. I can only see the live camera, however when my husband logs in, he still has full access to everything and the app is working as normal. I tried logging out and logging back in, made sure all the updates were completed…

I have two cameras in the same room, (small baby room) the newest camera purchased this year, and the older camera purchased in 2020 have wild temperature and humidity readings. They sit less than 3 feet from each other and will show a difference of 5-7 degrees and 6-10 degrees of humidity. Why so inconsistent? I have…
I just updated to the 6.44.592 version and ever since I have had issues with my camera connecting and disconnecting. We have tried unplugging the camera, and our wifi, reconnecting and disconnecting the camera from the wall mount, like literally everything. Please help
