I have the nanit stand and it fell over and snapped at the bottom. It appears I’m not the only one with this issue. I can’t believe how easily it broke for such an expensive camera! Will you be able to send me another one like I see you have done with others with the same issue? Thanks!
so for the past week or so our camera has been about 15 minutes behind in the video history. It’s also tagging events such as “put to bed” or “fell asleep” when my child isn’t in their crib, we haven’t even been in the vicinity of the crib for it to grab our motion. each time I go to the app. I have the view that the left size of the crib is the top but it will always switch. Then I have to log out and log back it and it goes back to the right side of the crib.
