Android- app background audio no longer stayin on.

My camera has lost the one most basic and important feature of all baby monitors, the audio!. Audio cuts off after 1 minute. This just started yesterday. This is so annoying and there is no resolution to previous chats. Rebooted, uninstalled/reinstalled, unplugged camera, unplugged from outlet. Reset wifi connections. No fix. Nursery audio and background audio are on.

As i was typing this my son started crying and I couldnt hear him. Served us well for 9 months, but this is a crippling bug that defeats the purpose of keeping this product.
