More of a statement rather than a question. After several says of emailing a support agent I still have camera issues. Tried every single troubleshooting option and the camera still freezes, disconnects and shuts the white noise off randomly. For the cost of this “high tech” camera I am very dissatisfied.
I am new to nanit and I decided to buy it because I saw the option for monthly subscription. However now that I have it set up I see no where to purchase a monthly subscription just yearly. Am I missing something or is this false advertisement?

Hello! I might have missed this topic but can someone share how I can share nanit camera access with babysitters? Do they have to download the app and have their own login or is there a link I can share that will grant them access during a limited time frame (IE. only when they are babysitting)?
Hiya! We have the Nanit Pro. Came home after a few days and realized the night light turned off on its own. Does it do that? I’m concerned about hacking. It’s the first time this happened and I’m spooked.
Last Thursday afternoon I was testing the Nanit Pro, because that evening it would be the first time to have a babysitter for Astrid. It worked. I also saw a firmware update being done. Later that evening it did not work any more. Still now. No lights works on the device. Also not after a longer press on that button.
