I have checked my settings and the sound is on. I have also unplugged and replugged the camera to the outlet. It doesn’t work in either mine or my husbands phone.
Hi both mine and my partners phone have no sound coming from the bsby monitor for the last 2 days. Have tried resetting and on and off etc but it has made no difference
our white noise sound just get very low and I have it on max volume. How do I fix this?
With the fall 2023 app update the app night light no longer appears to support brightness at 1% (or any numbered percent, now fixed settings). The lowest setting appears to be what would have been 5% or brighter, which is too bright for the baby. Is this user error, or has this update eliminated some key functionality…
Hello! The nature sounds aren’t working on our Nanit. I followed the steps to restart the system and cycled it 4-5 times but it still remains the same. I logged out, redownloaded the app, unplugged the Nanit for 5 min, and removed the camera device with no avail. How can this be resolved? Any ideas?
Hi, I am considering purchasing a 2nd hand Nanit Pro monitor. Will I still get 1 year free subscription (i.e., is it activated by a new user account?). Or is there a specific code or something hat comes with the product, so the previous owner would have already used it up? Thanks!
Not what I expect from a premium baby monitor. A few times my baby is crying in distress because the nanit hasn’t notified me or sound or motion. It seems like the nanit picked up something recorded it and baby settled back, but then baby woke again and because it was too close to the last recording the nanit just ignored…
