I use to get notification when my baby moved or cried and now I no longer get that. I have looked to make sure my setting are right and the sensitivity and that is all the same it’s always been… please help. I just eanna make sure my baby is comfortable at night

Since the upstate a few days ago the nightlight has not turned on once, we’ve unplugged the camera turned it off deleted the app updated it restarted our phones, on both phones it hasn’t worked once since then. It’s very frustrating.
hello, the sound is not working when the video is minimized and popped out. I have checked all the settings and they are correct. See attached screenshot. I have closed all other apps and even turned off and on my phone to ensure that nothing else is getting in the way. Please help
The baby monitor camera has a significant delay. It’s usually over 3 seconds. For the first few seconds after turning it on, it works fine, but then it briefly freezes, and a delay occurs. In the app, I see options for saving all activities and insights, but no such option exists for night/day summaries (the "three dots" button that spawns the Share option is missing). Is there any way to save these summaries?
