The app has stopped tracking wake up times and ‘fell asleep’ times despite paying for the Memories Plan. I am so disappointed in Nanit, it has gotten so much worse since we started using it in 2023… I have 2 month old twins and will be switching to a different monitor due to constant issues with the Nanit app.

Can you explain why should i pay for this service and why do I need to reach out you in the first place for this kind of issue? I would like this issue to be resolved ASAP.

This is the 2nd time we’ve updated the camera and it won’t turn back on! I’ve tried hard reset, unplugging for a minute, checking the power, etc. I know it has to shut down after the update but it never seems to turn back on. Luckily the last time I go it to turn on, but not this time
