My baby woke up at 3:50 am, I took her out of her crib to nurse her and put her back a little after 4 am. Why is the sleep period after 4 am processed as day sleep? It also doesn't count towards the nightly visits. I would like to have it with the night sleep. Our bedtime is set from 8 pm to 8 am.

One day one of the camera pins didn't come back out after transferring to our travel base. The pin has gone inside of the camera unit (I believe) and I can hear it rattling around inside. We have a baby on the way in the next few weeks, and I'd like to get it fixed asap. Is there a way to disassemble the camera housing? Or…

There is no sound coming out from my camera in Nature Sounds or Two Way Microphone. I’ve tried the camera attached to both our wall mount and travel stand with no success on either. We’ve power cycles the camera, done a hard reset, and made sure we have the most up-to-date software on our phones. Any help???
We love propping our iPad with the nanit app on when our baby is sleeping. When he is in his crib it doesn't really matter what the orientation is but when we put him in his travel crib, we often find the view makes the room look upside down. Is there any way to rotate the view?

Hello - I am trying to use the audio feature of the camera and it has never worked. I have tried a few times over the last several months and it always does the same thing, when I click the microphone icon it says "Connecting.." then after a few seconds it just says "connection failed. Try again" Please advise, thank you
