For the past few days, my nanit background audio will stop after exactly 1 minute when I either switch screens out of the app (not closing the app) or my phone locks. I am on ios and the latest software update. Please help as I don’t want to leave the app and screen on the entire night and burn my phone display.
My nanny uses our nanit app few hours a day with Viewer access. But I want to enable the access only for those few hours. Is it possible ? or is it manual at this time ?

I just unboxed my new Nanit Pro and the camera won’t turn on. Tried different outlets and also attaching directly to a different USB cable and it won’t turn on…completely dead.

How do I remove the wall mount without completing destroying my walls? Trying to pull the covers off the wall results in either the adhesive ripping off huge chunks of drywall or separating from the cover and staying on the wall.

There is no sound coming out from my camera in Nature Sounds or Two Way Microphone. I’ve tried the camera attached to both our wall mount and travel stand with no success on either. We’ve power cycles the camera, done a hard reset, and made sure we have the most up-to-date software on our phones. Any help???
