my Nanit can keeps disconnecting when I unplug and plug back in it works for a couple minutes and then disconnects again. I know it’s not wifi or network because I have another on in the house that works fine all night. It also feels extremely hot to the touch.
Hello - I am trying to use the audio feature of the camera and it has never worked. I have tried a few times over the last several months and it always does the same thing, when I click the microphone icon it says "Connecting.." then after a few seconds it just says "connection failed. Hi all, We have used Nanit Insights for our first child and now wish to use Insights for our new child. We do not want to use Insights (or the camera) for our first child anymore. A few days before the second baby was born I renewed Insights, and then when baby was born I detached camera, paired it to new baby account etc.…
we recently submitted a ticket for the sound to work. As a result, we needed to reboot the camera by unplugging it from the wall. It appears the sound has went out again right before bedtime. Luckily, we were awake this time. Please help us resolve this issue.
