My baby is 5 months old. She had been sleeping through the night since about almost two months until she turned 4 months. I know putting them down sleepy not asleep is better for them to sleep longer, but what can I do if when I put her down she immediately rolls over and it keeps her awake? I’m trying so hard.
almost 6 month old. Slept so so well until month 4. Day naps have been a mess ever since:( no schedule I try to follow what the app says but she only sleeps about 40 minutes or so. Very rarely sleeps over an hour. Any suggestions
