Other users without a subsciption

Once the Insights subscription ends, if we do not renew, how many other people can we grant access to view the live feed? It says with insights basics you get 2 users. Is this 2 users in addition to the owner? Without the subscription, how many users in addition to the owner can access live feed and is it possible
