I just suscribed last night to the insights feature, I have my nanit on a stand but still not workin

I would like to know what I am missing, suscription is confirmed but I keep seeing that the camera needs to be on a stand in order to work. Which i don't understand as I have my camera on a stand.

Appreciate any insights on how to fix this or I'll have to cancel it. Too expensive for it not to work properly.
