2 nanit pro camera but only one giving sleep score

I have 2 nanit camera's but only one is giving a sleep score. They are both set up the exact same way, one was purchased in 2023 and one was purchased in 2024. i also noticed they are on different firmware versions but neither is prompting an update and the one that is giving the sleep score is the older firmware version. help!
