False red alert + disconnection?

We experienced our first red alert two nights ago. We went in and baby was totally fine, woke up as soon as we got into the room so it's not like she was in a super deep sleep or anything. I reported it as false and asked the team if perhaps it was due to a thicker sleep sack, but
