Insights Memories plan no longer linked to my app/account

hello, I purchased the Insights Memories plan, but over a week ago the app stopped providing the insights, recordings, activity, everything additional the plan covers, etc. How do I reconnect this? My purchase shows that it is active until May 2026 still so I do not need to repurchase it, but that is the only option when I select the
