Two false red alerts in one day

my baby has had two false red alerts in one day after almost two years of zero. I watched both event videos and she moved less than 20 seconds apart in both. Her breathing band was on snugly in both. I need these heart attacks to stop. Could someone please look into this? Is anyone else experiencing this??
