Night light won’t turn on

Hello, I installed the camera a month ago and everything worked fine and then today we started using it and the nightlight will not turn on. I have tried the troubleshooting steps of unplugging, removing device from floor stand and reconnecting, redoing the network settings and deleting and installing the app again.

the app shows it’s on but the physical light will not turn on
