Can't get subscription to work

A few weeks ago I purchased the insights activation code as part of the mother's day sale. However, since my subscription was not up until the end of May I could not set it up (odd design choice by Nanit). Once it did expire I went in to renew it on the website. I went through the 'Already purchased subscription'
