Hello,

I recently set up my Nanit Pro. Upon initially doing so, it received power (confirmed by status light). I did not need to use since I set it up pre-birth of my child. Now, when trying to pair, it is not taking power. I have tried all troubleshooting steps, including resetting, changing the power cable, changing power base, etc., and
