Night vision not working, support not responding

Our brand new camera is broken due to the night vision not working at all. A help ticket was submitted, however, after 9 days it still is not resolved. Support has been unresponsive for the past week. If you are considering buying a Nanit camera, I caution you based on the experience we have had so far.
