White noise max volume is super low all of a sudden

I have had my first Nanit for a year and a half roughly- I recently got a second one. The white noise volume on my original Nanit has significantly decreased (it’s on max volume and I can barely hear it). My second Nanit is about 5x the volume. I know this issue has been reported before but
