Not seeing info text on the main screen in Android app

My wife has the Android nanit app, and for about a week, she no longer sees the status text on the main video screen like "Hey mom, I was attended 2 hours and 11 minutes ago". I do it on my iPhone. I noticed she is on Android version 4 if that helps. Is this some kind of bug? We
