Night Vision not working out of the box

I have just installed my Nanit pro with stand and our first night was a failure because the Nanit camera didn’t automatically switch to “night vision” to allow us to see our baby at night. I tried to look in the app and online how to turn it on, but there’s nothing except how to turn the night light on…
