False red alerts? I don't sleep anymore

My baby is 2 weeks old and we've had 3 false red alerts happen. All when I just get her to sleep and feel ok about going to bed myself. Instead I'm up all night watching her making sure it was actually a false alert. This thing was supposed to ease my stress, not cause it. What can I do
