Hotel in Dominican Republic

hi! We are going to finest (part of excellence) punta Cana next week with our son. Can you verify if the nanit will work there? I’ve called them and they weren’t sure. Does it have to connect on a password entry connection? It’s our first time traveling internationally and at a hotel :)
